Event Ticket Policy

The event tickets grant the bearer admission to the event hosted by Avyx Records (hereinafter referred to as “the Organizer”) under the following terms and conditions:


1. Ticket Presentation

All attendees must present a valid ticket for entry. Tickets may be printed or presented in a digital format. The Organizer reserves the right to deny entry to any individual who fails to provide a valid ticket or identification upon request.


2. Consent to Media Use

By attending the event, ticket holders grant the Organizer and its authorized representatives irrevocable and unrestricted rights to capture, use, reproduce, and publish any photographs, videos, or audio recordings taken during the event for promotional, marketing, and commercial purposes.

These rights include, but are not limited to, use in print, online platforms, and social media, without further approval or compensation to the attendee. If you do not wish to be recorded, please contact the Organizer in writing at least 7 days prior to the event.


3. Refund and Transfer Policy

Refunds are granted solely at the discretion of the Organizer and only if requested in writing at least 14 days before the event. Tickets are non-transferable unless expressly approved by the Organizer in advance.


4. Liability Waiver

The Organizer is not responsible for any injury, loss, damage, or theft occurring during the event unless directly caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct by the Organizer. By attending, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with the event, including but not limited to personal injury, illness, and property damage.


5. Event Details

All event details, including venue, time, and program, are subject to change at the Organizer’s discretion. Updates will be communicated via the Organizer’s official website or email. It is the responsibility of the ticket holder to verify event details prior to attending.


6. No Resale or Unauthorized Distribution

Tickets may not be resold or distributed without the prior written consent of the Organizer. Any unauthorized resale, transfer, or duplication will void the ticket and may result in denial of entry.


7. Force Majeure

The Organizer is not liable for cancellations, delays, or changes caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics, or acts of terrorism.


8. Governing Law

This policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of State of Nevada. Any disputes arising from this policy shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Las Vegas, Nevada.

By purchasing or holding this ticket, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined above.
